Joan began her real estate career in 1990 with TAM-BAY Realty, the #1 real estate company in the Tampa Bay area at the time and consistently for around 25 years. TAM-BAY was later purchased by Coldwell Banker. Joan left TAM-BAY after 4 years to join the RE/MAX Realty group, considered to be a step up as Re/Max agents hold more designations than average and have more real estate transactions per year than average.

After nine enjoyable years with Re/Max, Joan moved up to People's Choice Realty Services, an independent company in the Tampa Bay area which attracts the experienced, self-sufficient Realtor. People's Choice Realty in 2008 has over 400 agents.  In 2006 it was ranked 2nd in Hillsborough County in sales volume. In 2007 it was ranked #1 in Hillsborough County for number of closed sales transactions!

Joan is a Full-time, licensed Realtor, available 7 days/week via direct phone (you will not be passed from person to person). Real estate is not a hobby or extra-curiclular activity for Joan. She has her clients best interest at heart.

    Techno savy - Joan is one of only a few real estate agents in the state of Florida using the Tablet PC notebook computer, allowing clients to sign contracts direct on the screen and e-mail to their computer, eliminating a lot of papers.  She also has direct fax-to-computer so offers on her listings can be received anywhere around the country on computer when she is traveling.  Automatic e-mailing of new listings as they come available may be sent to buyers so they can get the first chance to see these new properties.
